XTD50

General Description

The XTD50 is a single-channel Time-to-Digital Converter with 14 bits output and 62.5ps resolution. With the clock reference inside, the XTD50 performs robust time-interval measurement, which is suitable for measurements of direct time of flight and  LiDAR applications. The XTD50 is available in a 5mm × 5mm 40-pin QFN package.
