16-Channels
Transimpedance Amplifier with
Variable Transimpedance Gain
General Description
The XTA1620 is an 16-channels transimpedance amplifier(TIA) with more than 200MHz bandwidth, which is adapted to the linear-mode APD applications. The XTA1620 features four variable transimpedance gains conducted by two digital inputs. With a total APD parasitic capacitance of 2pF, the input-referred current noise is 6.3pA/ at 200MHz. With the integrated output buffer module, its single-ended output can swing 700mVP-P on a 50Ω load. The XTA1620 dissipates 100mW for one channel with single 3.3V supply.
